This project consisted of serving as Architect of Record on a project for a coworking company who was providing an office space for a growing tech firm. Duties included existing conditions survey, assistance with design, building Information Modeling, Construction Drawings, and coordination with designers and engineers.
*Note – This project was designed while employed at Ted Moudis Associates
